Gaming should be fun
We want your gaming experience at LiveLounge to be an entertaining one. Since casino games are games of chance, winning something is not guaranteed. Only gamble for money that you can afford to lose. If you feel tempted to play for money you cannot afford to lose, it is time to stop.
Test your gaming habits
If you are unsure if you are in the risk zone of developing an unhealthy gambling habit, please test your gaming habits here.
Should the test indicate that you are in the risk zone, make sure to set gaming limits to your account. If you have already developed an unhealthy gaming habit, we suggest that you close your account and seek further help. Either from our customer support or from one of the helplines that we link to at the bottom of this page.

Block account & self-exclusion
Do you need a break from playing? You can choose to block your account for a day, a week or a month. During this time, you will not be able to login to your account. You can block you account here.
